Welcome to our Treehouse on Lookout Trce! We are just 15 minutes to downtown Galena and 1.8 miles to the GTA Owner's Club. Enjoy 3800 Sq Ft perched high above the trees, this one-of-a-kind home offers three levels of living space filled with natural light and incredible views. Sip coffee on the deck, unwind by the fireplace, enjoy a game of pool, or gather around the piano—this is a space designed for both connection and quiet escape.
Discounted Golf - Guests may purchase paper golf vouchers offering preferred rates and tee-time benefits at Eagle Ridge Resort’s The General, North Course and South Course. Vouchers must be purchased before your stay and mailed to you prior to arrival. Please contact us well in advance for details.

• Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator & dishwasher
• Multiple dining areas for group meals
• Dual coffee maker (drip + Keurig, coffee provided)
• Main Level Bedroom: King bed with full bath nearby
• Upper Level Bedroom: King bed with adjacent full bath
• Lower Level Bedroom: Two twin-over-full bunk beds with full bath nearby
As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, a playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.
Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable, and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.
You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival.
