About this house rental
Updated walkout ranch. Most everything is new. Perfect for a families, couples, girls/guys getaway or business outing. Included in your rental enjoy the Owner's Club a short drive away with

The space
Main living area is all open, including the family room, dining area and kitchen. Every bedroom has it's own full bathroom. The outdoor spaces including a screened in porch and outside deck.
Guest access
Access to the entire home except a small closet that is locked with supplies.
Other things to note
Full size washer and dryer is available in the lower level. We provide basic necessities. This includes coffee, teas, Keurig pods, non dairy creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, trash bags, kitchen sponge, and basic toiletries. Bath, kitchen and pool towels are provided. Your beds will be ready and waiting for you with clean, cozy linens and an ample of pillow choices. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking and baking necessities.
Rolling Hills Retreat offers 6 Proximity cards for guests' use of the Galena Territory Owner's Club. Additional passes can be purchased for $5 per day at the complex. We provided pool towels. Please do not bring bath towels. They do not have towels at the facility.
Our home is 1650 sq. ft.
We have a valley view, however, when the foliage is lush the valley may be difficult to see. During this time, enjoy the the sounds of the birds, cows in the distance and the privacy that the foliage provides.
We are dog friendly. We allow one dog under 60 pounds. We provided food and water dishes, and towels for dog. We charge a $100 per reservation.
This is a wooded lot. There are a lot of open fields in the area. Though we treat for pest our home does have a few bugs from time to time. We will not refund your stay for a few bugs. We had a wonderful time in your space. Perfect for a girls weekend! We loved the owners club (pool was fantastic) and the downtown (shops and cute strolling). The property afforded us exactly what we needed for beds/ bathrooms and loungy space ((3 season porch and outside porch). Much appreciated!

We had a great time here! Cozy little house! Very neat and clean! The owners were quick to respond and checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was going well. They even ordered a brand new pack'n'play for our infant when I asked if there was one!
As mentioned in the property's description, there were a few insects in one of the rooms downstairs (rest of the house was great!), but the owners said they would let the exterminator know after our visit.
It was great being just a couple minutes from the Owners Club with everything that has to offer, and having guest passes included with the property.
Overall we would definitely come again and would recommend this place!

Cozy home with perfect space for our family of four and small dog. We appreciated the hospitality, easy communication with our hosts, fully equipped kitchen for our Thanksgiving meal, and serene accommodations.
