About this house rental
This is a nicely renovated townhouse in the heart of Galena Territory, which includes a new screened in upper deck in 2025. There are two (2) bedrooms plus a private sleeping loft, one on each level offering privacy and space to spread out. Two family room areas. Two outdoor spaces/decks. This home is located only 3 minutes from the Owners' Club in the heart of the Galena Territory and comes with six amenity passes allowing you access to the Owners' Club where you can enjoy indoor, outdoor, and kiddie pools, a state of the art fitness center, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, Game Room, free WIFI, etc. The Galena Territories offer many activities to choose from, including horseback riding, hiking, wine tours, fishing, shopping, skiing, and more.
Escape to this inviting family retreat, accommodating up to eight guests in comfort. The first-floor king bedroom, located off the main hallway, features a cozy window seat, ample storage, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. The bright, airy family room on the main floor boasts vaulted ceilings, a TV, a fireplace, and a dining area with seating for eight. Large windows frame a private, tranquil view. Step through the sliding door from the dining area onto a brand-new (2025) screened-in covered deck with cozy seating—perfect for expanding your living and entertaining space. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you'll need, including a full-sized fridge, electric stove and cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even a blender for your favorite blended beverages.
In the upstairs loft, is a queen bed with designer bedding and furniture, that make this a cozy, welcoming, and private sleeping space. The corner sitting area is perfect for reading a book!
The lower level features another full bathroom, and a kids bunk room, that adults can also enjoy! The lower bedroom can sleep four children, or a couple adults. Twin bunk with double bed on bottom, and twin trundle. TV with Nintendo mini-game system! Laundry room, with washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are available. Detergent is included for our guests.
Finishing out the lower level is media room with a 55” smart TV and Bose sound system. There is a game table loaded with various family games in the storage seats. This family area also includes a queen sleeper sofa, for even more sleeping options (just be sure to provide your own linens if you intend to use the sleeper sofa). The sliding glass door going out to another deck with sitting area and gas grill, perfect for enjoying the outdoors in the evening hours!
Short walk over to the Resort Inn, spa, and restaurant. Watch the hot air balloon launches from the nearby launch field. Stroll down to the lake to fish or just enjoy the beautiful peace and quiet.
Galena Territory Owners center is a short two-minute drive and has a full gym, indoor and outdoor pools, game room, cafe (open in summer), business center, and tennis courts. Territory marina is less than 5 min and offers bait shop and boat rentals.
Downtown Galena is a short drive and is consistently ranked a top tourist town in the US! Enjoy history, shops, delicious restaurants, Grant Park and Grant's home, the Galena River, and many other attractions! Chestnut Mountain is also a short drive and has downhill skiing in the winter and their famous alpine slide and new zip line and segway tours in the spring, summer, and fall.

Nice clean property. We had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of four. We loved having the nice warm cozy fireplace during the really cold days. We would definitely stay her again.

Really cute townhouse that was very clean and had everything we needed! There is lots of space both upstairs and downstairs. We enjoyed going to the Stonedrift Spa, which is just up the road and really convenient! Overall we had a really enjoyable stay!

This host property did not leave out any detail including Kleenex in every room, condiments of all sorts, toiletries overload, cozy blankets, and games including Nintendo! Kitchen was stocked and the club was such an added bonus to be able to enjoy in the winter.
