CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Standard check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00.
Guests may access the property from 12:00 to leave luggage, although the apartment may not yet be cleaned and ready before 15:00. Guests can return from 15:00 to complete check-in.
Late check-in is available with advance notice and an additional fee:
• 19:00–22:00: €60
• 22:01–02:00: €90
• After 02:00: only by prior request and authorisation
Check-out is by 10:30. Late check-out is generally unavailable; if requested and approved, the full nightly rate of the apartment applies.
After check-out, luggage can be stored inside the Palace from 09:00 to 17:00.
