The villa offers three beautifully appointed sea-view en-suite bedrooms, including a secluded, luxurious master suite with private external staircase access and its own panoramic veranda featuring sweeping sea views. Two additional interconnected bedrooms—each with independent external access—are perfect as a family suite or for guests seeking privacy; they open directly onto the terraces and gardens, offering the flexibility and privacy of a luxury home rather than a conventional vacation rental. An additional en-suite double room on the lower first floor is available for staff or additional guests; please note that this room has no window.

At the heart of the villa is the spectacular outdoor living space. Relax beside the private swimming pool, enjoy an aperitivo overlooking Pevero Bay, or gather around the large dining table in the summer kitchen for an authentic Sardinian evening. VILLA RENTAL TERMS

Parties and events are not permitted without prior written agreement and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.
Pets are not permitted without prior agreement.
Baby cot and high chair available upon request

Payment Terms

A 30% deposit is due upon confirmation of the booking.
The remaining 70% is due 90 days before arrival.
All bank charges, international transfer fees, and currency exchange costs are the tenant’s responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

If the tenant cancels more than 90 days before the scheduled check-in date, all payments made will be refunded in full.

If cancellation occurs less than 90 days before check-in, payments already made will be retained by the landlord.
