The center of Porto Cervo, with its famous Piazzetta, is also just a few minutes away, and the beaches of Capriccioli, La Celvia, Pevero, and Liscia Ruja are nearby.

The Space
This beautiful villa, surrounded by a manicured garden featuring a pool and fitness area, was designed by renowned architect Lesuisse, one of the creators of the most beautiful villas on the Costa Smeralda.

The villa is spread over three levels. On the first floor, there is a beautiful and elegant living area with large windows and a splendid view of the sea and pool, spacious and comfortable lounges, a decorative fireplace, a TV area, and a beautiful dining table.

The open-plan kitchen, designed in the same refined style as the rest of the house, is made of fine Orosei marble and is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, and a complete set of utensils.

From the living area, a large window opens onto the patio, where a large outdoor dining table is set up—perfect for al fresco lunches and dinners with spectacular sea views.

There is also a second outdoor dining area with a barbecue, nestled among lush greenery, stone walls, and beautiful natural reed and wood decking.

Next to this area is an outdoor fitness area with Technogym equipment, perfect for those who want to stay in shape while on vacation.

Nestled among Mediterranean scrub and evocative rock formations is the beautiful swimming pool made of fine Orosei marble.
Equipped with comfortable sun loungers, it is the perfect place to enjoy the wonderful Sardinian sun in complete privacy and relaxation, enchanted by the splendid sea view.

Amid the lush vegetation surrounding the villa, a path winds through rocks, junipers, and mastic trees, leading to a corner of evocative beauty—an enchanting secret retreat for those who wish to read or relax in an oasis of peace surrounded by the scents of the Mediterranean scrub.

The sleeping area consists of five bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, spread across the villa’s various levels.

From the living area, ascending to the upper floor, you enter the enchanting Master Suite, which features a large and comfortable double bed and a spectacular sea view.
It features a walk-in closet, an elegant en suite bathroom, and a beautiful private terrace furnished with a living area and a large circular lounge chair, allowing you to fully enjoy the magical atmosphere of this paradise in complete privacy and relaxation!

On the first floor, there is another beautiful and spacious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the main terrace.
From the living area, a few steps down lead to another beautiful double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a small terrace offering direct access to the pool area.
Also from the living area, descending to the floor below, there is another beautiful bedroom with a private poolside patio and a large, elegant ensuite bathroom.
There is also a separate annex with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom, featuring its own entrance, adjacent to the fitness area and pool.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi.
Bed linens and towels are provided, and a washing machine is also available.

There are two private parking spaces on the property.

The Pevero Golf Club, a spectacular 18-hole course ranked among the most beautiful in the world, is just three minutes away, nestled between lush Mediterranean vegetation and the turquoise sea.

Nearby are some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, including Capriccioli Beach, with its enchanting coves; Pevero Beach, with its fine white sand and clear emerald waters; and Liscia Ruja Beach, with its pink-tinged sand. The

villa can accommodate up to 10 people and is the ideal place for families or groups of friends looking for a dream vacation in luxury and privacy, yet also close to heavenly beaches and the vibrant Emerald Coast, just a few minutes’ drive away.

A security deposit of €2,000.00 per week is required, to be paid 48 hours before check-in. It will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out, subject to an inspection of the villa.

Other things to keep in mind:
A €500 cleaning and linen fee is required, payable upon check-in.

In the event of any problems, we also have a maintenance worker available. The customer may be responsible for the cost if problems are caused by the customer.

The owner is not liable for any loss of personal items inside the home.
