The Property

This extraordinary villa is nestled in a magnificent Mediterranean garden and features a spectacular infinity pool with breathtaking views of the Porto Cervo Marina. Designed by Jacques Couëlle, the visionary architect who shaped the iconic style of the Costa Smeralda, the villa is a masterpiece of organic architecture, perfectly integrated into the rocks and the surrounding landscape.

The villa spans two levels and has been carefully designed to offer comfort, elegance, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The first floor features a bright and elegant living area with custom-made furnishings and a large floor-to-ceiling window that opens directly onto the panoramic terrace, creating a natural continuity between indoors and outdoors.

The covered terrace offers enchanting views of the sea and features a comfortable relaxation area with natural rattan seating, as well as a large outdoor dining table—ideal for long lunches and dinners at sunset overlooking the pool and the marina.

Adjacent to the living room is the indoor dining area, featuring a striking stone table paired with rattan chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a complete set of cookware and utensils. From here, you can access a second outdoor dining area with a stone table and bench, surrounded by bougainvillea and Mediterranean vegetation.

Also on the first floor are two elegant double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms opens directly onto the main terrace with a sea view and is furnished with beautiful hand-inlaid solid wood furniture crafted by local artisans.

A charming open staircase leads to the upper floor, where there are two more double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. One of these bedrooms opens onto a private terrace with spectacular sea views.

Slightly set apart, within the garden and nestled among the rocks, is a detached guesthouse with two single beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower—ideal for guests seeking greater privacy.

The villa is surrounded by a garden tended with meticulous attention to detail, featuring lawns, flowers, natural stone walls, and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation. The infinity pool, enhanced by natural rock formations, enjoys a prime location with a sea view and is equipped with comfortable loungers for relaxing under the Sardinian sun.

A stone barbecue area, partially hidden among the greenery, completes the outdoor spaces and is perfect for unforgettable evenings.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, high-quality bed linens and towels, as well as a washing machine.

The villa is located in a prestigious residential area and is particularly suitable for families or considerate groups seeking privacy, comfort, and relaxation.
A security deposit of €3,000 is required at check-in, which will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out following a thorough inspection.
The tourist tax is not included and must be paid in cash upon check-in (€5.00 per person per day, up to a maximum of 7 days; subject to change).
Electricity usage is billed separately based on meter readings at check-in and check-out (€0.40 per kWh), to be paid on-site at the end of your stay.
Only one small pet is allowed per stay, with a €50 cleaning fee.
A maintenance technician is available if needed. Any costs may be charged if the issues are caused by guests.
The owner is not responsible for personal items lost or left behind on the property.
