Miriacheddu is a holiday village outside of San Teodoro. It was peaceful and quiet. San Teodoro is a lively town with plenty of shops and eateries. We had a lovely view of Isola di Tavolara and the sea. The flat was spacious and reasonably comfy and there was a covered terrace. The host was responsive whenever I cantacted her.
There was no AC and we had to buy a fan to keep us cool at night because temperatures were in the low 20s. We arrived on Saturday and sweltered during that first night. The office was closed on Sunday and we couldn't bear another night without some ventilation.
There were a few things that were a bit dated. We had to buy washing up items - sponge, towel, detergent, etc. because there was nothing in the flat (only bin liners).
My husband also had to spend the first hour after we got there cutting back the piracanthus that had thorns on the twigs sticking out across the path. Despite asking the office for this to be trimmed back properly, it never happened during our stay. The pathway light didn't work and never got fixed.
