Located on the prestigious Pantogia hill, one of the most exclusive areas of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Cavalli enjoys a privileged location with spectacular views of the Gulf of Pevero and the Nibani Islands. Nestled within a private park of approximately 3,500 m², the property offers privacy, tranquility, and an atmosphere of complete relaxation, while still being just a few minutes from the heart of Porto Cervo, with its boutiques, charming little squares, panoramic restaurants, and iconic venues.
The villa spans three levels with a total floor area of approximately 300 m² and has undergone a major renovation and modernization project in recent years. The interiors combine modern, minimalist lines with handcrafted details, contemporary artwork, Sardinian furnishings, and a few select antique pieces, creating a refined, welcoming, and authentic atmosphere.

The main living area includes a spacious living room with ocean views, a fireplace, and a TV; a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher; a dining room; a guest bathroom; and a small utility area with a sink and washing machine.
Starting in 2025, the property will also include a new, independent 34 m² guesthouse, available upon request as additional space for guests or staff. If the guesthouse is used, the villa can accommodate up to 10–11 people; a surcharge applies.
Guests will have access to the villa, the garden, the pool, the panoramic terraces, and private parking spaces, with room for several cars.
