About this house rental
Welcome to our modern 135 m² villa in La Ciotat, ideal for holidays with family or friends, up to 7 people.
The house has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, one of which has a whirlpool bath, as well as 2 toilets. An additional single bed can be installed in one of the bedrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price.
For families with young children, we also provide cots and a high chair.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a Thermomix, a coffee machine and an osmosis filtered water tap.
Outside, enjoy a private heated swimming pool over 7 m long, with a depth of 1.20 to 1.60 m. Facing south, it benefits from the sun throughout the day. It also has a small waterfall. A jacuzzi and a water bike are also at your disposal.
For your moments of relaxation and leisure, you can enjoy a massage chair, billiards, air hockey and an elliptical trainer.
The villa has two terraces: one on the garden side, with electric pergola and barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining, and a second upstairs with a pleasant view of the sea. The garden surrounded by greenery creates a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere to enjoy the sunny days to the fullest.
The house is located in a quiet and gated residential development, about 2.5 km from the beaches, about 6 minutes by car. The nearby Voie Douce also provides access to the seaside and the Old Port on foot or by bike.
A bakery and supermarket can be found about 1.5 km away.
Access to the residence as well as the property is via two remote controlled automatic gates. Two private parking spaces are available directly on the property.
A damage guarantee of up to €1,000 is managed directly by Vrbo. No cash deposit will be required on arrival. The traveller's card will only be charged if damage is reported
