About this apartment rental
On the 4th and top floor (no elevator), directly on the waterfront in front of the beach, magnificent ocean view, 95 m² rooftop apartment fully renovated, air-conditioned, modern & bright, 170 m² terrace surrounding the entire unit.
COVID-19 cleaning.
Large living area, fully equipped kitchen. 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a veranda, each with a sea view; bathroom, shower room, outdoor shower, 2 toilets, 1 outdoor parking space.
Across from the beach, near sailing and diving clubs, the tourist office, movie theater, downtown, harbor, and markets.
Accommodation:
The spacious living area, kitchen, and veranda feature large picture windows offering a breathtaking view of La Ciotat Bay and the Embiez Islands, considered among the “most beautiful bays in the world.”
The air-conditioned “Chocolate” suite (160-cm bed) also boasts a beautiful ocean view, as well as an en suite shower room with a toilet.
The other two bedrooms (each with two 90-cm beds) face east and also feature air conditioning and a beautiful ocean view.
A bathroom with a bathtub and double sinks, a separate toilet, and a hand-washing sink.
The air-conditioned veranda is furnished with two 80x200 beds.
Outside, on the huge 170 m² terrace, you’ll find comfortable patio furniture, a dining table and chairs, a bar area with bar stools, as well as several lounge chairs and an outdoor hot-water shower for when you return from the beach.
The entire interior was completely renovated in 2017, and we opted for a contemporary, bright decor. A TV, Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and Weber charcoal grill round out the amenities. Each year brings its own set of improvements: a new terrace in May 2019, new closets in 2020....

The entire apartment and its terrace are accessible and reserved exclusively for our guests.
We have implemented a cleaning protocol to ensure the hygiene and safety of our accommodation: disinfection of doorknobs, appliances, equipment, light switches, and remote controls, followed by thorough ventilation.
Additional notes
The building is secured by a gate with a code and an intercom at the entrance. The driveway is also secured with a remote control. Please note, however, that only one parking space is included within the building grounds; the maximum vehicle length is 4.90 m. Any additional vehicles must be parked on adjacent streets (paid parking) or a little further away (free parking).
