The ground-floor apartment of Villa Elena, just 100 meters from Isuledda Beach, is the perfect choice for families and groups of friends, offering spacious indoor and outdoor areas and all the comfort you need for your holiday in San Teodoro.
The accommodation can host up to 8 guests and features two bathrooms and three bedrooms—two doubles and one with two single beds—plus a cozy living room with a Smart TV and sofa bed. The living area also includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, and opens onto a pleasant covered veranda furnished with a sofa and dining table, overlooking the large, lush garden: an ideal space for outdoor meals, drinks, and relaxing moments. From the garden, you can enjoy a spectacular sea view and admire the islands of Tavolara and Molara.
The main rooms are air-conditioned: the living room and all bedrooms have air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available for guests. The apartment also offers a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, and ironing board. A crib and high chair are available on request.
The property includes a private parking space inside the villa and another spot in the adjacent condominium area, with access protected by a barrier.
