About this villa rental
Just a three-minute walk from three charming little beaches with rocks, fine white sand, and crystal-clear water.
The property is surrounded by a spacious, lush garden covering 1,500 square meters.
It is part of “Punta Molara Estate,” a group of vacation homes protected 24 hours a day by a private security service and offering access to a private beach owned by the residence.
The property consists of a main house with 180 square meters of living space. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with an alcove bed measuring 1.40 m x 1.80 m. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The property also features a small, adjacent apartment of approximately 60 square meters, consisting of a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. All units are air-conditioned.
For stays longer than 6 nights, the rate includes a housekeeping service of 3 hours per day, once a week.

Loved staying in this lovely house with a beautiful terrace and an amazing view. The rooms are great, but the best part is certainly the outdoor space: a great place to relax, socialize and enjoy the sunrise and the changing sea and island views. It is also only a 5min walk to the nearest beach if you fancy a swim.
The rooms and bathrooms inside are also comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen could use more (natural or artificial) light, but besides that a wonderful place which I would not hesitate to recommend and where I would have pleasure to come back to.
