Baia Caddinas is the famous residential area on the outskirts of charming Golfo Aranci. Golfo Aranci is situated on one of the most beautiful stretches of coastline in Sardinia, characterized by white sandy beaches, crystal clear sea and beautiful horizon bordered by the unique contour of the island of Tavolara and the majestic Cape of Capo Figari. The town is characterized by numerous beaches, shops, excellent fish restaurants and a beautiful Marina. The destination is ideal for families and relaxing holidays, sports (a variety of water activities and excursions). It is located just 8 km from Porto Rotondo, 20 km from Olbia and 25 km from the Costa Smeralda

Ideal for those looking for the uniqueness of a house on the water and the exclusive comfort of the swimming pool.
The house, an independent villa of 250 square meters, is divided into 3 levels where the ground floor is the main one.
In fact, the large living room with access to the splendid terrace overlooking the sea, the adjoining dining room, the kitchen and a guest toilet are housed here. In addition, accessible via a few steps is the sleeping area which houses 3 bedrooms (two doubles and one with a 1.40 m French bed) and 3 bathrooms. Upstairs, recently built and finely furnished, there is the wonderful suite with bathroom and terrace with breathtaking views over the entire gulf.
On the lower floor and by the pool there is the annex which houses two double bedrooms each with its own bathroom.
The house, in addition to the fabulous terrace and the relaxation area around the pool, also has a barbecue area, private parking at the entrance to the electric gate of the property and a laundry area.
Equipped with all comforts and partially renovated with new furnishings and original materials such as wood and granite, the villa perfectly combines the authentic Sardinian soul of the property with modern elements and comforts elegantly enhanced by a skilful use of white.
The villa is also suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Access is free from steps and on the main floor there is a useful lift chair that leads to the raised sleeping area.

The property is beautiful and the view is amazing. The beach is just a few minutes walk and you can access town on foot in about 25 minutes. Grocery store and a bar are about a 7 minute walk from the property. We had a couple of problems with the house but Katrina from the agency was very good with trying to help. Unfortunately I’m not sure if it’s a problem with the town or the house, but the two bedrooms by the pool have an awful smell of sewer, and one of the rooms does not have a window so we were not able to use it. One of the air conditionings in the room upstairs was not working and although the technician came, it never worked. 3 of the bathrooms did not have hot water but again after we called Katrina, she was able to fix it. My suggestion to the agency that manages the property is that they should help with some services like trying to provide a chef in case you want to have someone cook for you. Also contacts on hiring a boat. They say they are a real estate agency but most people renting the villa for vacation need these services. I speak Italian so forMe it was fine because I found them myself but for most foreigners, this would be beneficial. All is all, the highlight of the villa is the terrace where we spent most of our time
