About this house rental
Entire vacation home for 11 people with a private pool featuring a slide,
a barbecue, and a game room, in the Guadalhorce Valley. A 15-minute
drive from the Málaga airport. Designed for large families and
groups of friends.
Main house with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, living room with air
conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.
· Bedroom 1: double bed (2 people)
· Bedroom 2: two bunk beds (4 people)
· Bedroom 3: one bunk bed (2 people)
· Living room: sofa bed (2 people)
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
The outdoor area is the heart of the house: large pool with a slide,
sun loungers, a chill-out area with sofas, a charcoal grill, and an outdoor kitchen
with tables and chairs for al fresco dining.
Next to the barbecue is a separate game room with foosball,
a shelf with board games, air conditioning, and a glass door
leading to the pool. It includes a sofa bed for 1 person. Next to it, in a wooden cabin
, there is an outdoor restroom with a toilet and sink (accessed from
outside).
Total capacity: 11 people. One indoor bathroom with a shower, plus the
outdoor restroom.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
We’re located in the Santa Amalia neighborhood (El Romeral), in Alhaurín de la
Torre, surrounded by orange, lemon, and avocado groves in the Guadalhorce Valley. A quiet and sunny area, between the countryside and the coast, with the mountains in front. The neighborhood has a grocery store, a bar, a tobacco shop, and a gas station. The town center of Alhaurín de la Torre, with supermarkets and restaurants, is about a 10-minute drive away.
GETTING AROUND
· Málaga Airport (AGP): about a 15-minute drive
· Guadalmar Beach / Golf Course: about 15–18 min by car
· Alhaurín de la Torre town center: about 10 min by car
· Sunview Park, the longest zip line in Andalusia (1,350 m): a few
minutes by car
· Málaga city: about 20–25 min by car
· Torremolinos and Benalmádena: about 20–25 minutes by car
