Easy to use, good location, peaceful, nice pool and clean. Good value for money would recommend.

We Love Monte Parc

What a fabulous Little Caravan Park. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, our van was immaculate, the pools great and you can get a nice cold beer off the tap. The view is absolutely unreal! You can watch the sunset from the top of the hill. The local town has everything you need and there's a brilliant ice cream shop. It's easy to get to and you're close enough to drive to the beach but out the way for peace and quiet. We do a lot of self catering trips because my husband is vegan and this had the best kitchen kit I've ever seen, everything you need to cook whatever you like. Price is great, that type of van would be twice the price in the uk We love Monte Parc so much we want to purchase our own van and we will definitely be back very soon

We stayed for 2 hours and left. The caravan had an insect infestation.

Nothing. The campsite is run down and could be a nice place if money was spent.

Caravan had ants and spiders running around. The wifi was only available if you were close to the office.

Exceptional

The Staff and Owners were outstanding, So Helpful. Our flight was delayed, and they stayed on to welcome us with Sugar, Tea Bags, Coffee, Milk. Bottle of Wine , 6 cokes and 6 beers. That was Soecial. Drove us into Town the next day to get shopping. Over and above the call of Duty. The Campsite is Beautiful with Stunning views and a Brilliant Pool.

Maybe an onsite mini bus for those without cars.

Es un buen sitio para venir con tu autocaravana o te guste vivir la vida camper, tiene buena piscina. Para el precio que había por los alojamientos y en las fechas por la cómic con no estaba mal.

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir la région. mobilhome assez grand et équipé. Personnel agréable et serviable.

Literie peu confortable Plusieurs jours avec peu ou pas d'eau chaude. Beaucoup de problèmes de robinet et de chauffe-eau. Le comble car tous les avis remonte ces problèmes. Sol de la chambre avec des dégâts des eaux. Présent depuis longtemps mais non gérer. Y a t'il une inspection avant chaque nouvel arrivé Salon extérieur devrait être désinfecté à chaque nouvel arrivant car beaucoup de boutons sur la peau ... Manque une vraie cafetière dommage car très bien équipé. Piscine envahie.

El personal nada pasaban de todo ,,,en mi cabaña no había agua caliente no hicieron ni caso ,,el frigorífico no enfriaba bien ,,el suelo hacía mucho ruido al pisar,,la casa cuando llegamos estaba sucia ,,sábanas sin cambiar tuvimos que limpiar todo olía a mugre ,,,no había luz en la terraza lo cual no salíamos porque no había tampoco luz en la calle donde estábamos ,,,la piscina llena de avispas ,,y las almohadas de las tumbonas llenas de mugre que no había narices a echarte ,,,todo nefasto todos cabreados,,quién me paga Ami lo primero la semana perdida y lo segundo el dinero perdido porque no hemos disfrutado nada de las malas instalaciones y lo mal que estaba todo

Lugar muy tranquilo

Camping ideal si buscas tranquilidad y desconexión en pareja, solo se escucha el agradable viento fresquito y las chicharras. Buena ubicación de supermercados(lidel y Mercadona)tuvimos problema con la presión del agua y lo solucionaron muy rápido

A las 8 cerraba la piscina,no había animación ni actividades para niños,y para adultos tampoco,siendo en la zona de Andalucía,había días que había poca presión de agua en la ducha del bungaló

Casa n° 23 Del 11-07 al 14-07 Pues varias cosas: El agua caliente en los baños, va muy mal, y si viajas con un bebe, ya me dirás para bañarlo. La TV no va, tienes que poner tú contrato de Prime, Netflix...y no se puede ver ninguna cadena de TDT. Pedimos una cuna, nos la suministraron, pero sin colchón, imaginaos como ha dormido el bebé. Al llegar, uno de los baños tenía una toalla usada detrás de la puerta y el wáter estaba sucio, no tenía presinto de limpieza. El cable del teléfono de uno de los baños, era un poema para poder manejarlo, más tiezo que la mojama.

Entre mer et montagne, un bel endroit pour se poser. Un grand mobile home avec 2 salles de bain et 2 toilettes. Idéal pour 2 couples.

Avoir de l'eau chaude aux douches est un défi, il faut être patient et ne pas avoir peur de l'eau froide. Des chiens qui aboient la nuit, et un coq qui chante très tôt ! Un accueil le premier soir absent, porte du camping fermée, appel au numéro de téléphone indiqué, non attribué ! Une frayeur pour l'arrivée. On a failli dormir dans la voiture. Nous avions pourtant l'accord pour une arrivée en dehors des horaires habituels d'ouverture. Mais un mail avait été envoyé 15 minutes avant l'heure d'arrivée prévue pour dire que ce serait fermé, et nous donner les codes d'accès. Un appel téléphonique aurait été préférable et moins stressant.

Oleskelu sujui kuten suunniteltu (päästiin hyvin läheiseen Lauro golfiin kuten pitikin).

Sopivan pieni ja majoittujien/naapureiden puolesta rauhallinen paikka. Hyvät bussiyhteydet.

Lähitalojen koirat haukkuivat yötä päivää. Mökkiin tuli itikoita ilmastointiluukkujen kautta. Keittiövälineistö/varustus oli suppea ja pyykinpesukone+kuivain puuttui asunnosta, vaikka se luki varustelistassa. Epäselvät vastaanoton ja kaupan/ravintolan aukioloajat (joulun ja uudenvuoden pyhinä).

Sehr schön für automobile Leute, die eher das Hinterland als die überfüllte Costa del Sol genießen

Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super für Anreisen vom Flughafen Malaga und der Platz ist sehr schön angelegt.Wir haben die Einrichtung des Bungalows gut genutzt und auch unser Hund war überhaupt kein Problem. Die dazu gehörende Waschmaschine wurde für uns schnell startklar gemacht und die Ausstattung mit Küchenutensilien und Geschirr ist wirklich bemerkenswert groß und keinesfalls für die maximal 4 Personen abgezählt. Auch die Sonne haben wir auf einer der 3 Außensitzgruppen gut genießen können. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Bungalows ist üppig und reichlich. Die vielen solarbetriebenen Außenlichter und Lichterketten geben ein schönes Bild und sind sehr hilfreich. Besonders gemütlich haben wir Weihnachten abends vor dem elektrischen Kamin verbracht.

Der Wasserdruck in der Küche und in der Dusche war ziemlich niedrig, aber uns wurde mit der Heizungseinstellung geholfen, als das Gas verbraucht war und sofort eine neue Flasche installiert und da wurde versprochen, dass nach unserer Abreise die Leitungen und Pumpen überprüft werden und das Problem so behoben wird.

Personas incompetentes al frente de un establecimiento que podria ser recomendable.

La población de Alhaurín. La cercania del establecimiento respecto a ella.

El estado de limpieza de la casa (deplorable). Sabanas manchadas sin renovar. El estado de los servicios (no funcionaba nevera, aire clima, 3 dias sin agua en todas las casas (y a posteriori escuchamos que es debido a no haber realizado un acondicionamiento necesario, 3 dias sin agua caliente en otra casa, saltos de luz continuados en otra de las casas, armario sin barra colgador.....y un largo etcétera que ya teneis anotado después de nuestra llamada) La inconpetente respuesta por parte del personal. Y después de 3 dias de quejas, resulta que se molestan porque se lo decimos enfadados....faltaria más... Recomendación. Hagan un exahustivo examen de este establecimento para valorar si merece que una entidad como Booking lo recomiende entre su oferta. A mi entender NO. Os està empañando el buen trabajo y reputación que con tantos años habeis conseguido. Teneis mi ficha de cliente donde podreis observar la cantidad de ocasiones en las que hemos trabajado juntos, y lo seguiremos haciendo, pero por favor que lo sufrido por nosotros no lo tenga que padecer ningún otro cliente.
