About this house rental
Come make memories at Highlands Riverfront, a short drive to downtown Breckenridge! Beautiful views, tranquil setting, high end finishes, loads of space to sprawl out, and a convenient location makes this the perfect spot for your mountain getaway. Set up your base for weekend getaways or enjoy it for a multi-week vacation.
Each of the 4 bedrooms includes a super comfy King bed and private ensuite bath, walk in closet, as well as overhead fan and motorized blackout shades for a great night's sleep. Primary Suite on 1st floor as well as secondary large Suite on the 2nd. There is radiant heat throughout the home with 8 separate zones and an oxygen system is available in the 2 main bedrooms (there is also an oxygen cannula in the living room).
Work our work out in the office equipped with weights and a Peloton.
The well-equipped kitchen comes with an induction range and upscale appliances. The dining room seats 8 in the open concept main floor.
The main living room boasts a gas fireplace, large-screen TV, sound system and tabletop shuffleboard. The 2nd living room upstairs provides another comfortable place to relax, work. or entertain with another large TV and a host of board games.
Outside, enjoy the sounds and sights of the Blue River and the White River National Forest from the comfort of a heated covered patio, with grill, dining area, 6-person hot tub, and fire pit with plenty of seating to enjoy incredible stargazing.
There is a free Breckenridge shuttle (11 minute ride) that comes by every 30 minutes about a 5-minute walk from the house that make it a breeze to get to the gondola and into town with all its great shops and restaurants. Our community is also on the bike path that takes you into Breck or Frisco and beyond and an E-bike rental station is about a 5-minute walk from the house.
The house is just a 15-minute walk to the Gold Hill trailhead and a 5-minute drive to the Breckenridge Golf Club, Gold Hill Nordic Center and Breck Rec and Tennis Centers. In addition to the world class skiing in Breckenridge, Keystone and Copper Mountain are both less than 25 minutes away and Vail and Beaver Creek are both less than 45 minutes away. You will never run out of fun outdoor activities: hiking, biking, golf, tennis, pickle and fishing in the summer; downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing in the winter.
This is a duplex that feels/lives like a single-family home and is very well insulated so the only noise we hear is the babbling of the river directly behind the house. Two-car heated garage with ski storage racks and boot warmers. 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL. We look forward to hosting you!
