About this apartment rental
Our vacation bungalow is comfortably and modernly furnished (2 years old) and offers the whole family the perfect setting for a wonderful vacation any time of year.
Summer, spring, fall, and winter—on the Baltic Sea island of Poel, every season has its own special charm. The beach is just a short walk (about 500 m) from the house. There’s also a dog-friendly beach nearby. Poel’s well-developed bike paths invite you to go on long bike rides, and the area is also wonderful for hiking.
We also offer a barbecue area.
A bus stop is only about 150 m away; the island bus will take you to the other towns on Poel. The nearest supermarket is located just about 1.5 km away in Kirchdorf. During the summer season, the baker stops by every morning and, upon request, delivers fresh rolls and more.
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or bungalows! Please smoke only on the respective balconies or terraces, or outdoors in general!
Rochen Bungalow:
• 1 bedroom with a double bed (2.00 m long) and a closet
• 1 bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, 1.40 m wide, closet
• 1 crib, 1.20 x 0.70 m, available for rent at €5.00 per day (for children up to 2 years old)
• Small bathroom with shower and toilet
• Fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, freezer, table, and 4 chairs
• From the kitchen into the living room with a corner sofa and armchair, TV
• From the living room, access to a private terrace with patio furniture and a grill
• Bicycles are available for rent (€9.00 per bike per day)
• Pets up to 30 cm at the shoulder are welcome; one-time pet cleaning fee of 40 €; larger dogs upon request (+10 €)
• Use of the washing machine and dryer is subject to a fee of €5.00 per load, not including detergent
• The parking lot is equipped for passenger cars only (no vans or minibuses)
• A laundry package is available for an additional fee. It includes bed linens, 2 towels, a shower mat, and 2 dish towels
Check-in is from 2:00 to 18:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
