The newly furnished apartment is on the ground floor, with a separate entrance on the left gable side. You can reach Gollwitz beach in 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment is on the ground floor, bright, flooded with light and accessible without steps.
From the modern, cozy living room you can go out to the beautiful terrace, which invites you to enjoy the sun.
The two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds (one pull-out), as well as the sofa bed in the living room offer space for up to 5 people for a relaxed night's sleep.
The open-plan, modern kitchen offers all the necessary amenities such as a refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, stove, etc.
The washing machine is available for you in the basement.
A handcart is available for you.
