About this house rental
Enjoy sweeping coastal views, a private spa and relaxed family living at this beautifully styled beach house in Gerroa (sleeps 8).
Spread over two sun-filled levels, Gerroa Sands features a Master King bedroom, Twin room with two single beds (can be made into one King), Queen bedroom, and a spacious downstairs rumpus room with queen sofa bed (made up on request).
The space
Gerroa Sands is a luxurious coastal home that offers relaxed seaside living, with sweeping views stretching along Seven Mile Beach.
Featuring recycled oak flooring and cathedral ceilings, the light-filled open-plan kitchen and living area flows seamlessly to the north-facing undercover alfresco space. Complete with BBQ, oversized dining table and cosy corner lounge setting, the outdoor deck is perfect for lazy breakfasts, sunset drinks or a soak in the six-person spa. You’ll also find outdoor showers at the front and rear of the home for rinsing off after the beach.
The large smart TV offers access to streaming platforms including Netflix, Stan, Binge and Amazon Prime (own log in required). A JBL portable speaker is also provided for your entertainment.
Just off the main lounge is a dedicated office space, with office desk.
Downstairs features a rumpus room (with sofa bed), third full bathroom, kitchenette and deck access — ideal for families or groups needing additional space.
Located just a short stroll down the hill to Seven Mile Beach, Crooked River and the Blue Swimmer Café. and only minutes from the spectacular Gerringong Golf Course, Gerroa Sands is the perfect base for beach days, long walks, coastal adventures and slow mornings in the beautiful South Coast sunshine.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property.
The large double garage is accessed via electric double doors, with ample space for two or more cars inside and a further one or two cars on the private driveway outside.

Linen and towels are provided. We also provide beach towels for your convenience.

- Master Bedroom: 1 x King bed (can be split into 2 x singles)
- Bedroom 2: 2 x Single beds (can be made into 1 x King)
- Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed
- Downstairs rumpus room: Sofa can be made up into a queen bed
