Inside, split over two separate spaces, the home offers 4 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, along with 2 spacious living areas, ideal for shared meals and laid-back lounging. Step outside to enjoy the generous backyard a haven for morning coffees, sunset drinks or laid-back BBQs.

This spacious coastal home is ideal for two families or groups of friends holidaying together. Well equipped with everything you need, featuring a fully fenced yard, ample parking & beautiful ocean views over Seven Mile Beach. Relaxed, welcoming & wonderfully located, it’s made for easy days and salty, happy memories.
Please note: This is a large home split into two separate spaces with no internal access between floors. Guests must use the external stairs to move between levels.
Guests will have access to both levels when booking.

I do not normally write online reviews and only do so to highlight this wonderful house, its location and what it offers. It catered perfectly for our family including our 2 young grandchildren. It was well sourced and generously provided with basic needs and lots of toys for the kids. The whole house has so much to offer. It is separated into 2 units. This was great for the young family who either needed to have their baby sleep or some down time. The view of the oceans from the deck whilst relaxing reading a book or having lunch with the sea breeze coming in from the waters, allowing to cool us down on a hot summer day was just brilliant. A short walk to the beach for a wade, swim or walk is an absolute must. Just glorious! Our host was wonderful and helpful. They catered to our requests without hestitation and with promptness. I will happily book this house again without hesitation and enjoy the wonderful surrounds of Gerroa.
