RIVA is a peaceful and fully self-contained one-bedroom apartment, located in a separate annex on the garden level, within the PRIVATE AND SECURE GROUNDS of WHITE HOUSE CANNES, a prestigious historic BEACHFRONT estate.
Built in 1871 and designed by one of the greatest architects of the 19th century, the estate has long hosted, and continues to host, prominent dignitaries and internationally renowned guests.
The apartment comprises a separate bedroom, a bright open living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with WC. Its independent entrance opens directly from the living room onto RIVA's private garden terrace.
The bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a large dressing and storage area with curtains.
The living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, which serves as a sofa during the day and offers sleeping space for two additional people at night. There is also a TV, air conditioning and a dining table with chairs for four people. Together, the king size bed and double sofa bed provide comfortable accommodation for up to four travelers.
RIVA has a spacious bathroom with corner bath and shower, toilet, two sinks, a large mirror, storage space and a heated towel rail.
RIVA also offers reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a full-size fridge-freezer, coffee machine, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenware, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
Beds are made before arrival and bath towels are provided. For longer stays, bed linen is changed weekly, while fresh towels are available daily upon request.
Just outside RIVA, the INTIMATE PRIVATE TERRACE WITH SEA VIEWS can be accessed directly from the living room. Situated slightly above the surrounding grounds and surrounded by lush greenery, it features a round dining table with four chairs and offers a peaceful, secluded setting for alfresco dining.
From the terrace, travelers can enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean, even when seated at the dining table, surrounded by the surrounding trees and abundant vegetation.

A RESERVED PARKING SPACE in the private domain and secure is included with RIVA.
Travelers also have access to the property's common facilities, including the landscaped park, pool and sunbathing area, outdoor Jacuzzi next to the pool, sauna, gym, children's playground, table tennis, billiards, table football, and laundry facilities.
Just outside the entrance to RIVA, travelers can enjoy a charming, intimate garden terrace, located slightly above the grounds. It has a beautiful stone table and offers a charming view of the park. The sea is visible from the terrace when travelers are standing, but it is not directly visible when they are seated. It is a particularly pleasant and peaceful setting for breakfast or alfresco dining.

In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the estate, guests are requested to use the communal park and the outdoor amenities with courtesy and consideration for other residents and neighbors.
After 10:00 p.m., conversations and use of the pool or jacuzzi must be quiet and discreet.
Parties, loud music, private events, and unregistered visitors are not allowed at RIVA or in the shared areas of the estate without the prior written permission of the host.
WHITE HOUSE CANNES welcomes occasionally professionally managed private or corporate events in designated areas of the main villa and on its private terrace, which are separate from RIVA.
Most events are scheduled well in advance. RIVA remains entirely private and independent; however, music or events may occasionally be heard.
In the unlikely event that a meet and greet is arranged after a RIVA reservation has been confirmed, guests will be contacted in advance via Airbnb's messaging system. The arrangements will be clearly explained and discussed with them beforehand.
A little attention from everyone helps keep the estate peaceful, elegant and enjoyable for all.
The room keys and the remote control for the entrance gate must be returned on departure. Any loss can be charged at the actual documented cost of replacing and, if necessary, reprogramming the system.
