DIOR is a peaceful and fully self-contained two-bedroom apartment, located in an independent annex within the PRIVATE AND SECURE ESTATE of WHITE HOUSE CANNES, a prestigious historic BEACHFRONT estate.
Built in 1871 and designed by one of the greatest architects of the 19th century, the estate has long welcomed, and continues to host, eminent dignitaries and internationally renowned guests.
The apartment consists of two adjoining and independent bedrooms, named DIOR and CHANEL. Each bedroom has its own separate key and an independent entrance through large glass doors leading directly onto the apartment's private terrace. Travelers can therefore enter or exit each room independently.
Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with toilet and a spacious walk-in shower, dressing room or storage space, TV, air conditioning and large glass doors overlooking the landscaped gardens, with the Mediterranean as a backdrop.
The DIOR room has a king size bed, a comfortable seating area and a 2-seater sofa bed providing sleeping space for two additional people. There is also a dedicated desk with reliable Wi-Fi, ideal for working in a quiet and inspiring setting.
The adjacent CHANEL room has a king size bed, its own sitting area and the same independent access to the private terrace. Together, the two bedrooms offer comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children.
DIOR also offers reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerators, coffee machines, kettles, hobs, extractor hoods, compact dishwasher, cookware, crockery, cutlery and glassware. A kitchen island provides a convenient space for breakfast or informal meals.
Beds are prepared before arrival and towels are provided. For longer stays, bed linen is changed weekly, while fresh towels are available daily upon request.

Throughout the estate, the rising sun illuminates the bay in the morning, while the evening brings beautiful, often glowing sunsets. After dark, the lights of the islands, illuminated boats and their reflections on the water reveal a totally different landscape, almost reminiscent of an impressionist painting.

Travellers receive separate keys for the DIOR rooms (a for DIOR and one for CHANEL), as well as a remote control for the estate's secure gate.
A RESERVED PARKING SPACE in the private and secure domain is included with DIOR.
Travelers also have access to the estate's communal facilities, including the landscaped park, pool and sunbathing area, outdoor jacuzzi next to the pool, the sauna, gym, children's playground, table tennis, billiards, table football and laundry.
The adjacent DIOR and CHANEL apartments open through their large glass doors onto a beautiful and spacious terrace overlooking the gardens and the Mediterranean. Surrounded by abundant flowers, the terrace has a large marble dining table, a comfortable seating area with a coffee table, two sun loungers and a large parasol. The retractable awnings also provide welcome shade throughout the day, making it a particularly pleasant outdoor space for families/friends who want to enjoy breakfast, meals or relaxing time together.
The main villa, its private indoor spaces and its main Gatsby terrace are not included in the DIOR rental.

In order to preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the estate, guests are requested to use the communal park and outdoor facilities with courtesy and consideration for other residents and neighbors.

Parties, loud music, private events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted in DIOR or the common areas of the estate without the prior written permission of the host.
WHITE HOUSE CANNES occasionally hosts professionally managed private or corporate events in designated areas of the main villa and on its private terrace, which are separate from DIOR.
Most events are scheduled well in advance. DIOR remains entirely private and independent; however, music or events may occasionally be noticeable.
In the unlikely event that a reception is arranged after a DIOR reservation has been confirmed, guests will be contacted in advance via Airbnb's messaging system. The arrangements will be clearly explained and discussed with them beforehand.
A little attention from everyone helps keep the estate peaceful, elegant and enjoyable for all.
The room keys and the remote control of the entrance gate must be returned on departure. Any loss may incur a fee equal to the actual documented cost of replacing and, if applicable, reprogramming the system.
