Welcome to La Rascasse, a spacious 110 m² apartment accommodating up to 6 guests, ideally located in the heart of Marseille, just steps away from the Old Port (Vieux-Port) and Place Thiars.
Its name is a tribute to Marseille and the Mediterranean Sea, reflected in the large wooden scorpionfish (rascasse) hanging in the living room.

The Apartment
The apartment includes:
A spacious living area with a lounge, television, dining area and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine.
3 separate bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with Queen Size beds (160 × 200 cm).
1 bedroom with a double bed (140 × 200 cm).
A travel cot for babies.
2 bathrooms with showers.
1 separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning (heating and cooling) throughout the apartment.
A washing machine.
Wi-Fi included.
Bed linen and towels are provided, including bed sheets, one bath towel per person, bath mats and kitchen towels.
Important: The apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Marseille building without a lift. Access is via stairs only.
Parking
For guests arriving by car, the Indigo Estienne d’Orves underground public car park, located at Place aux Huiles, is just a short distance from the apartment and is accessible 24 hours a day.

Marseille Saint-Charles train station can be reached directly on this line in just two stops.

Several bus routes are also available from the Place aux Huiles bus stop, approximately 100 metres from the apartment.
Neighbourhood Information
La Rascasse is located in a lively and vibrant area, surrounded by bars and restaurants.
As a result, some outdoor activity and noise may be heard, particularly in the evenings and at weekends.
We prefer to make you aware of this in advance so that you can book with full knowledge of the surroundings.

The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Only guests included in the reservation are permitted in the apartment. Outside visitors are not allowed.

Access to the apartment is via self-check-in.
Check-in: From 3:00 PM.
Check-out: Before 10:00 AM.
Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be made no later than 6:00 PM on the day before arrival and is subject to availability.
Optional services:
