About this house rental
Nestled between the sea and the hills, in one of Marseille’s most beautiful neighborhoods, our lovingly renovated home combines authenticity with modern comfort. A true haven of peace in the heart of the city, it offers a unique atmosphere: vintage furniture, a well-stocked library, musical instruments… and even the discreet presence of our independent cat, Tsara.
A privileged setting
The house overlooks a lush green valley with spectacular views of Notre-Dame de la Garde and the sea. You’ll enjoy a generous Mediterranean garden with spaces for aperitifs, napping, or barbecues, as well as a brand-new swimming pool – perfect for cooling off after a sunny day.
Comfort & space
With 140 m², the house includes:
• Ground floor: 1 spacious double bedroom (160 cm bed), 1 shower room, 1 office, 1 guest bedroom (140 cm bed).
• Upstairs: a large, bright living room opening onto a terrace with panoramic views, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 comfortable bedrooms (140 cm beds).
Ideal location
• Just a 15-minute walk to the beaches (Prophète, Catalans, Malmousque, Vallon des Auffes).
• Close to the Corniche, charming little fishing ports (Malmousque, Fausse Monnaie, Vallon des Auffes), and the shops & restaurants of Rue d’Endoume.
• The city center is easily accessible on foot or by bus (stop only 30 m away).
• Private parking for 1 car.
