Ground-floor apartment. The home’s location allows you to reach enchanting beaches such as Cala di Budoni, Porto Aino, and the renowned Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta in just a few minutes. It is the ideal starting point for snorkeling, windsurfing, or taking boat trips to the island of Tavolara, as well as for enjoying hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding amidst the Mediterranean scrub.
The apartment opens onto the living area, which consists of a living room and kitchen in a single open space. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the living room features a double sofa bed, a dining table, and a TV. From this area, you can access the courtyard, which has an outdoor table and a barbecue for enjoying summer lunches and dinners. Continuing through the house, you’ll find the sleeping area, which consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout of the house.
