After a day spent in the heart of the race village, along the pontoons and soaking up the atmosphere of the corsair city, return to the peace and quiet of L’Escale de l’Étang, an independent house located within the grounds of the Manoir du Haut Salmon, in a natural setting just a few minutes from Saint-Malo.
Set beside the Manor’s private pond, the house offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while remaining close to the main access routes into Saint-Malo and the shuttle services operating during the event.
The gîte features a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it a comfortable place to stay with family or friends.
The terrace overlooks the pond directly, providing a particularly pleasant setting for breakfast, sharing a meal, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet at the end of the day after the excitement of the Route du Rhum.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
one ground-floor bedroom with a 160 cm double bed;
one family bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a child’s bed and an additional single sleeping area on the mezzanine;
a third bedroom with a single bed.

Guests also enjoy the unique setting of the Manoir du Haut Salmon, surrounded by a large countryside estate while remaining just outside Saint-Malo.
The perfect balance during the Route du Rhum: enjoy the event to the fullest during the day, then return in the evening to peace, space and nature.
