Getting Around:

Villa Alba is located in Partida Oltamar, on the hills above Calpe. Due to the elevated and peaceful location, having a car is recommended for getting around and exploring the Costa Blanca.



Private parking is available on the driveway of the villa, with space for approximately 2–3 cars.



The centre of Calpe, the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are just a short drive away.



Alicante–Elche Airport is approximately 80 km from the villa.



Taxis are available in Calpe, while the local bus station provides connections to Calpe and other destinations along the Costa Blanca.



For guests wishing to explore the surrounding area, a car provides the greatest flexibility and makes it easy to discover destinations such as Altea, Moraira, Jávea and Benidorm.

Please note the following before booking:



• Check-in is from 5:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM, unless an alternative time has been confirmed in advance.



• Bed linen and towels are included in the price of your stay.



• The villa accommodates a maximum of 7 guests. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property.



• Private parking is available on the driveway, with space for approximately 2–3 cars.



• Villa Alba has a private swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests staying at the property.



• The villa is located in a peaceful residential area. Guests are kindly asked to respect the neighbours and observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



• Parties, events and gatherings that may cause disturbance are not permitted.



• Smoking is not permitted inside the villa.



• Due to the elevated location in Oltamar, a car is recommended for getting around and exploring the Costa Blanca.



• Early Check-in and Late Check-out may be available as optional extras, subject to availability. These can be requested through your Guest App.
