    The stay was great overall; the room was pretty clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. Minor things like the gym was very small, with one bench and some dumbbells, and facing the main entrance(?) so there is no privacy but it wasn't a big thing for me as I didn't use the gym. I also upgraded to a room with a window so that was nice.

    La zona de la recepción es hermosa y está súper bien cuidada. La habitación estaba 100% limpia, oliendo a fresco, y la cama era una delicia para dormir. Los chicos de la recepción fueron súper atentos y me ayudaron con todo lo que necesité. Además, la ubicación es excelente porque todo queda cerquita.

    Not really that cheap in the first place as I paid almost ***/night. I booked a standard room and checked at 1pm and was told my room wont be ready till after 2.30pm. Was also told to pay to upgrade my room only then it would be available right at that time. I paid for the upgrade. The location was just ok, in district 1 vicinity but there are other better ones in Distict 1 too. Hotel decor is old, what you see in pictures are prob when they just openend THE GYM WAS A JOKE. Staff was friendly though. Buffet breakfast was a JOKE, they do not serve butter though they had jam but only Strawberry and only serve coffee/tea while cappucino is chargeable. Selection was bad and presentation was horrid and hot food does not look fresh. Should invest on more food warmers. However, The room had ZERO sound-proofing. You can hear sounds from thw next room, noise from people closing doors and anyone that walks past your room that talks loudly etc and the worse is the noise from the streets…which was constantly as it faces a road. The sound of moving cars,horns,alarms from blaring motorcyles and the commotion from the shopkeepers down stairs. Let me be very frank, the noise isnt those muffled kind, its right smack in your face kind of noise. Its horrible.
