Open plan living with three lounge areas in total: A formal lounge room with fireplace in the front, the main lounge area has a gas fireplace, and an upstairs lounge room which includes a fold out sofa bed in case of extra guests. In addition, there is a rumpus room/study with music keyboard and games.

The master suite has a king bed, a balcony overlooking the Brisbane river and a huge en-suite with double shower and spa. The second bedroom has a king bed that can be converted into two singles upon request, it's own bathroom with double sink and a shower next door. The third bedroom includes a single bed which has an ensuite with shower and a bath, the fourth bedroom located downstairs has a lovely queen setting and its own full bathroom. This residence is pure luxury; an inviting space to enjoy the peace and tranquility overlooking the river.
