* Luxury Bathroom: Newly renovated with a sleek black bathtub (perfect for two) and a rain shower for ultimate relaxation.

* No lighting of candles.
* Pets are welcome upon application. Pets must stay off furniture and beds.
* Strictly no parties or events.
* Quiet hours after 10 pm.
* Bookings over 30 days require monthly cleaning arranged by guests.
* A $2,000 bond applies for stays over 30 days, refunded upon check-out if no damages occur.
* The owner reserves the right to access the property for maintenance with 24 hours’ notice.
* Respect the polished floors—please avoid high heels and stilettos inside.
