The location within the city centre is amazing. Just a minute away from the town hall, main park and a short walk from the theater. The listed adress is cotrect, the building is wiithin a courtyard separate from the main street.
The rooms themselves are small, but they can fit 2 people, although I stayed there alone. The bed is comfortable and the ambiance is nice. For the price, it was a great value. The host was helpful and available, even though I never got to see his face.
The room is quite small and getting into the building itself can be a bit creepy at night, because you have to walk through a dark space to reach it. I recommend keeping the outside lights on the whole time, especially if you know you will be returning late at night.
