This place is the perfect choice to enjoy Oradea on foot. You will be in the middle of the city, on a pedestrian street, so no worries about any traffic noise.
The place is very nicely decorated, very clean, you have everything that you need for a comfortable stay.
You are very close to some excelent coffee shops, restaurants and wine bars
Nothing. But if you have sleep problems, you should take into consideration that during the weekend people go out at the bars/restaurants next to the apartment. We did not have a problem with it but somebody else might.

Ottima posizione in centro città, cortile tranquillo ( anche se trascurato, non per colpa del gestore). Gestione senza contatto con tempestiva comunicazione. Dotata di quasi tutto l'occorrente ( mancano i fornelli). Molto gradito il caffè messo a disposizione. Tornerei sicuramente.
Cuscini un po' scomodi.

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, jó ár-érték.
A Fekete Sas palota zöldfa utcai bejáratával közvetlenül szemben található a ház, ahol az apartman is van.
Hétvégén a parkolás ingyenes, így akár a környező utcákban is lehet parkolni, vagy napi 30 lejért a parkolóházban, ami 5-6 perc séta az apartmantól.
Maga az apartman, egyszerű és nagyszerű. Mindennel felszerelt, ami kényelmessé teszi az ott tartózkodást. A szállásadó egyértelmű utasításokat adott a bejutáshoz. Szinte azonnal reagált kérdés esetén, így a kommunikáció is jó volt.
Csak ajánlani tudom.

Nu am nimic de băgat de vină, locația excelenta, un apartament curat, patul confortabil. Temperatura ambientala corectă, nu te-ai sufocat nici frig nu ti-a fost.
