Blue Heritage - Ultra Central

Very, very nice apartment. Big and with very good taste. All appliances that one would need for a 4-5 days stay in Oradea.

No negatives here.

Bina içerisi biraz kirli, temizliğe ihtiyacı var.

- Apartment was renovated, very clean and perfectly located in the very centre (best location, in my opinion) - Parking garage about 100 m away - Owner responded quickly via Booking Chat and phone - One day before arrival we received via Booking Chat a message with all the necessary informations how to get into the apartment - Despite the things I did not like I would still recommend it

- Had to send a copy of my ID in advance for the reservation (in no other country did I have to do this) - View from the window into the ugly and run-down courtyard - The building where the apartment is located (and the inside of this building) looks rather abandoned and very run-down - No instructions how to use several things in the apartment, like Air Conditioning (AC), coffee maker etc. - First night the heaters in all rooms didn't work, so we had to use the ACs as heaters. As it was February and cold we also hat to sleep dressed. The owner fixed it the next day and from that moment on it was warm and pleasant - There are a few things which should be repaired or replaced, like the drawer of the little cupboard in the bathroom. In Romania many things look nice and modern at first glance. But when you take a closer look or start to use these things you find out quickly that this or that is broken, this or that is not proper functioning and so on. :) These are little things which could be improved so that the quality in Romania can also be improved.

Zona, curatenia, dotarile apartamentului. O cazare unde am reveni cu drag si pentru mai mult timp.

Intrarea este in renovare si e putin intuneric, dar banuiesc ca acest lucru se va remedia odata cu terminarea lucrarilor.
