Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna, blisko centrum, lokali gastronomicznych i atrakcji. Na pobyt jednodniowy lokal spełnił oczekiwania, czysto, klimatyzacja, ciekawa aranżacja wnętrza. Mimo antresoli wystarczająca ilość miejsca. Miejsce parkingowe.
Niełatwe parkowanie w ciasnym podwórzu, przy większym aucie przydała by się odpowiednia informacja. W jednym apartamencie nie działał pilot do klimatyzatora, ciężko było regulować, z drugiego kapało bezpośrednio na podłogę. Mała "obsuwa" w sprzątaniu pokoju, na szczęście przeczekaliśmy w drugim.

Location was good
Entrance to the apartment on stairs and foyer was disgraceful and needed a good clean. The apartment was clean however the smell of bleach when you walked in was a bit overpowering

Świetna lokalizacja, tuż przy głównym deptaku miasta, na przeciw parku, miejsce parkingowe na podwórku kamienicy (dosyć wąski wjazd ale VW Sharanem udało się wjechać), doceniam liczbę luster, mebli glamour i srebrnych detali, w starych kamienicach na pewno ciężko z możliwością porządnego remontu.
bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja, z której kapało, brak aneksu kuchennego (w ogłoszeniu miał być ale właściciel dał nam dostęp do innego apartamentu) więc naczynia myliśmy w zlewie w łazience, brak możliwości zablokowania drzwi wejściowych od wewnątrz, klamka na kod, nie ma rygla ani zamka, dla poczucia bezpieczeństwa przystawiliśmy stół i szklanki (ale drzwi otwierane na zewnątrz).
