It was exactly what I expected - cute B&B hotel, fresh new, clean, everything you need for a short stay. Subway is 7 minutes by walk, groceries and bakery right in the same building/next building.
Easy access with a code, friendly staff at reception, WiFi worked pretty well even for video calls. Very good price in comparison to others in Munich. I was looking for a hotel close to Olympiapark and BMW museum and this hotel is perfect for it.
Yes, room is small, you don’t have a lot of space, but for that price I couldn’t expect more. Especially if you are alone or just two of you for 1-2 nights, that hotel is one of the best options.

Functional chain hotel similar in concept to a Budget low cost airline with no frills. Electronic check in, paid underground parking and good location across a mall and near McDonald’s.
No tea coffee/no fridge/ small room size, one sliding door for both WC and shower so only one person can have privacy. You get what you pay for
