Close to subway. Next to a nice park with large playing fascilities for children. Can walk to Olympic park as well. Washing machines and driers available at property. At 5 Euron per machine (use up to 3 hours) you could probably wash and dry 2 loads.
Next or close to a train yard. Some noise the first nights of freight trains moving. Second night onwards we didn’t really notice it anymore.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is okay, there's absolutely nothing nearby (within walking distance), but the U3 subway stop is about 7 minutes away, and Olympia-Einkaufszentrum is just one stop away, making it convenient to reach the city center. Decent price for what's offered, considering being in Munich during Ferragosto (mid-August holiday).
Very small apartment. Small bathroom. Extremely uncomfortable pillows, "German-style" but maybe even worse. There are no blinds/shutters, so either bring an eye mask or you'll wake up at 6 in the morning. Kitchen completely lacking any useful items only 4 glasses and plates. No dish rack, no paper towels, no oil, salt or pepper, no cloth for cleaning or drying basically nothing.
