Directly overlooking the New York Stock Exchange, the residence features soaring 12 foot ceilings found on only two levels of the building, creating an open and distinctive sense of space. The generous living area flows into a chef’s kitchen centered around a 10 foot island, complemented by a Sub Zero wine refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher. Floor to ceiling storage provides ample closet space, while an in unit washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. The spacious primary bedroom includes three large closets and an ensuite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, separate shower, and dual vanity.
Designed by Philippe Starck, Downtown offers an extensive collection of amenities for relaxation, recreation, and everyday living. Guests enjoy access to a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, fitness center, yoga and ballet studio, basketball and squash courts, bowling alley, movie theater, study room, lounge, and children’s playroom. The Neighborhood:
Located in Manhattan’s Financial District, Exchange Loft is steps from Wall Street and the New York Stock Exchange. The neighborhood offers a mix of historic landmarks, restaurants, cafés, and waterfront attractions, with The Battery and multiple subway, ferry, and PATH connections nearby for easy access throughout the city.

This property only allows a 12-month term minimum, up to 24 months. Furnished lease is preferred. Please note that utilities are separate from the total booking amount and are to be covered by guests throughout their stay.
Please note that condo board approval is required and typically takes 2–4 weeks. Fees include a $20 application fee, $150 background/credit check per applicant, $600 move-in fee, $1,000 refundable move-in deposit, $120 domicile fee, $65 digital submission fee, and $202.50 admin fee.
The gym is available to guests ages 17 and older. A key card or the building’s app is required to access the amenities.
Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent
