About this apartment rental

Brand new 1 Bedroom apartment in Downtown NYC. It is a brand new HighRise building with full amenities laundry in Unit, doorman, two roof tops, 2 lounges, full fitness center, and office space. I also provide all the linens, and toiletries you will need during your stay. You have access to the Fulton street subway directly across the street from the building with acccess to the A,C,E,4,5,6 subways. With local and express subways you can access both the east and west side and be in midtown in under 10 min. You are within walking distance of all shops and restaurants and also across the street from The World Trade Center, The Oculus Mall, Wall Street, and The Statue of Liberty. Truly an amazing downtown location.
