Enjoy a bright apartment with terrace, nestled in a quiet and wooded residence where birdsong accompanies your days. A few minutes from the Borély Park and only a 20-minute walk from the beaches, you will enjoy a peaceful setting while remaining close to shops, restaurants and transport. The ideal place to discover Marseille in complete serenity.

I imagined this apartment as a place where you quickly feel at home: quiet, bright and pleasant to live in, it is perfect for relaxing after a day discovering Marseille.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal: two comfortable bedrooms equipped with firm mattresses, a friendly living room to share a meal or rest, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilets and a beautiful south-west facing terrace, ideal for a coffee in the sun or an aperitif at the end of the day.PGJyPg
Linen and towels are of course provided so that you can travel light.
A small discreet pedestrian entrance at the back leads directly to the Parc Borély 🌳 .
Before booking, some important information:
- ❄️ The apartment is not air-conditioned, but fans are available.
- 🏡 It is located on the 1st floor without elevator.
- 🚗 Parking is strictly forbidden inside the residence BUT it is possible in the Callelongue alley, which is closed by an electric gate. Parking is free.
🎉 Parties and events are not allowed. In order to preserve the calm of the residence and the good understanding with my neighbors, it is essential that this point is respected. If you are looking for a peaceful stay in a quiet environment, you have come to the right place!
