In the heart of Touraine and the castles of the Loire, a 17th century manor house on 6 hectares of wooded parkland, quiet in the middle of nature, 25 minutes from Tours.
We welcome you to this large house surrounded by vast gardens and various outbuildings.
You will appreciate this place for its monumental and spacious building, its natural and peaceful setting, its comfortable facilities.
Ideal for a family stay.
Not suitable for bachelorette and bachelorette parties.

THE ACCOMMODATION
We offer for rent this family home, gradually restored over the past 10 years, to which the owners are very attached. For these reasons, it cannot be rented as part of festive events. Thank you for your understanding.
La Vieille Donneterie is a small 17th century seigneury given by Louis XIII to his King of Arms Hector Le Breton. In the 19th century, Armand Moisant became the owner. He has distinguished himself in the same way as Monsieur Eiffel, by his many metal constructions in Paris, including those of the elevated metro, the glass roof of the Grand Palais, the Bon Marché and the Gare de Lyon.

1. The manor
On the first floor:
- Entrance with cloakroom
- Equipped kitchen with dining area: induction hob, oven, microwave, 2 dishwashers, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, basic necessities...
- Separate toilet
- Large dining room with wood stove
- Large living room with fireplace
On the first floor, a large corridor distributing:
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x200 - possibility of separating into 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with Italian shower and WC
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x190 - possibility of separating into 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with Italian shower and WC
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x200 - possibility of separating into 2 single beds)
- 1 bedroom with King size bed (180x200 - possibility of separating into 2 single beds)
- 1 large bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, double sink and WC
2. Unheated above-ground outdoor swimming pool (10x5m), open from May to September (depending on weather conditions)
3. Four corner towers, including the chapel and the dovecote
4. An old monumental greenhouse planted with rose bushes in its centre, where it is possible to sit down to read, have a coffee...

6. An old stable (not accessible)
7. Extensive gardens, including small water features

The entire estate will be for your exclusive use during your stay.
Some parts are not accessible (cellars of the manor, old stables and old kennel, 2 corner towers).
OTHER INFORMATION TO NOTE
The price includes sheets and beds made on arrival, towels and cleaning on your departure.
A small grocery store is at your disposal, hygiene and cleaning products to start the stay.
Three small unsecured water features are located in the gardens: be careful, children must remain under the supervision of their parents
Babies: there is no safety barrier for the stairs.
