The house is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed for hygiene reasons and parties are strictly forbidden.
The house is not fully air-conditioned. Only the rooms on the 2nd floor are equipped with mobile air conditioners.
Swimming in the pool is UNDER THE SUPERVISION AND RESPONSIBILITY OF THE TENANTS. CHILDREN MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE OUTSIDE (THE ROLLER SHUTTER OF THE POOL DOES NOT EXEMPT ADULTS FROM PERMANENT SUPERVISION).
