Halfway between Le Mans and Tours (10 km from Château du Loir) on the A28 motorway, exit Château du Loir, Maryse and Philippe Cisse welcome you to their gîte on the edge of the Bercé Forest, a listed exceptional forest in the Loir Valley region. Located on a 3,000 m² wooded plot, the property comprises a 40 m² living room with a TV lounge area and fireplace with insert, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, a billiards room, a TV point, and a DVD player. On the first floor: two bedrooms with one double bed, one bedroom with four single beds, two adjoining bedrooms with four single beds, a bathroom or shower room, a toilet, and a TV point in each bedroom. Electric heating. Terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, bowling green, and laundry facilities are available. Parking and a secure garage are available. On-site dairy farm with free tours; milking is possible. Hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking trails start 50 meters from the cottage. Bed linen rentals are available (€10/bed) and towels (€8/person). Baby equipment is available.
Electricity and wood for the fireplace are not included and must be paid directly to the owners upon departure. Fiber optic Wi-Fi is available.
