Perfect location on the (well-maintained!) beach, barely three months old, and everything at reception is still in the starting blocks. The room is spacious, well-maintained and features a lovely, wide terrace, a mini-fridge, an ironing board (though no iron), a kettle, two bottles of water (which aren’t replenished daily, however) and a huge flat-screen TV. The bathroom is stocked with very good-quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The high-tech shower controls take a bit of getting used to, so be careful not to scald yourself. The staff are brilliant!

The hotel is new and has been built to a high standard. Everything was well built and maintained. The only improvements I would suggest would be to add mattress toppers as the edges of the mattress could be felt and were quite hard. Otherwise a great place to stay as a stop over. Location has many cafes and restaurants snd it is right opposite the beach. I am a soli female traveller snd felt safe and comfortable walking around. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly and sorted out a taxi back to the airport when I needed to go.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. The hotel is still not fully ready for opening, and there is currently no proper reception or fully organized guest service. There was a lot of noise and disturbance during my stay, which made it difficult to relax. The staff also did not seem fully trained or prepared to handle guests professionally. I was disturbed several times by staff knocking on my door, which was quite inconvenient and affected my privacy. Unfortunately, there was also a lack of proper follow-up after these issues were raised. I understand that the property is still preparing for its official opening, and I hope these issues will be addressed before welcoming more guests. The hotel has potential, but significant improvements are needed in guest service, staff training, communication, privacy, and overall organization.
