    My stay at Tour Inn was fantastic. The only issue I would like to mention is regarding the airport transfer. While booking the hotel through Agoda, it clearly stated that round-trip transfer was included, and the hotel also confirmed this on the day of booking. However, when I contacted the hotel a day before my arrival, they informed me that the round-trip transfer was not included because the booking had come through OTA/Trip.com. This was unacceptable, as I had booked directly through Agoda based on the inclusions mentioned there. As a result, I had to pay extra for my round-trip transfer to and from the hotel.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the staff was really helpful, assisting us to book tickets for the ferry ride.

    Stayed here on the night before our flight. It's a bit unassuming from the outside. The accommodation is on the higher three floors and it looks like they are converted apartments. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms itself are clean and one of them was more spacious than the other. The CCTV camera in the dining area is a distraction and affect privacy, but I understand it might be needed for safety if the two rooms are not shared with the same family or friends. It takes about 10-15minutes by taxi. Though the hotel offer airport drop off for $20 one way, we chose to hire our own which cost us 70 Rufia ($4.5). Beware of the app based taxis (especially Nalla) who will cancel your pre-booked ride at the last minute for flimsy reasons and after demanding much higher price than agreed on booking. Overall I would recommend the hotel for transit passengers who are looking for an overnight stay in a clean place.

    Great location right in the middle of the city, with everything within walking distance. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they even called a taxi for us at checkout and helped load our bags into it. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. Each floor only has two rooms and a common area, which makes it feel more private. They also offer in-room dining at a reasonable price, which was really convenient.
