Great service – they even picked us up from the ferry! Excellent value for money. Located directly at the sea.staff is very active and quick service.we are stay here same to our home.very very friendly staff.need to remember mr k.k,mr riyad,(eainsi and emily the nexus hub) given a great service to us.

I stayed for 6 nights and got the front room with the balcony. The room was clean and smelled very good. I also liked the option to light up the room in a blue light. The staff was really friendly and welcoming. The service was very good.

I booked 3 nights at Wave Crest, it’s in a good location close to the beach. The hotel is older but they try to keep it clean. My room had a really bad smell in the bathroom which could be the plumbing but it went into my room which made it hard to sleep. I then saw a cockroach just before I went to sleep. I let the property know right away and booked another hotel for the 3rd night as most places didn’t have occupancy till then. The staff did do everything they could for my 2nd night and changed my room which had no smell or bugs. But there were brown wet marks on the curtain by the bathroom which I didn’t bother to mention. I asked for a refund multiple times for my 3rd night and they said contact Agoda and Agoda said contact the property. I left after 2 nights and still no refund on my 3rd night. Some of the staff tried their best but in the end they didn’t want to return my money for the 3rd night which I didn’t use. Read other reviews as well but this was my experience.
