Guest Access:

The whole apartment and both private patios are yours. The doorman, on duty 24/7, lets you into the building; take the elevator to the 1st floor, where a smart lock with your own code opens the door. You get 1 parking space in the building garage. You can drop off luggage before check-in and after check-out.

The Neighborhood:

Parque España is about a 5-minute walk and Parque México about 11, so mornings start with a coffee under the trees. You sit right where Roma Norte meets Condesa.

Getting Around:

You do not need a car here; most of Roma and Condesa is walkable. Metro Chapultepec is about 10 minutes on foot, Metro Sevilla about 12 and Metro Insurgentes about 20. The airport is about 9 mi by car; allow extra time for city traffic. If you drive, you get 1 parking space in the building garage.
