Overall a great and enjoyable experience. We got the room with the terrace. I would probably not get the terrace again if it is higher in price because honestly the patio area is a very small space. Nevertheless the AC worked great, the shower amazing, and the bed itself was comfy.

Internet. The connection almost never worked and I was forced to use phone service data in lieu of using internet. Also, we cannot leave the premise without someone opening the door. This made me uncomfortable. We wanted to go out one night however the door man was in deep sleep and we felt uncomfortable in waking him up.

Balcony was nice, clean open feel in the living area.

The wifi was terrible, we had plan es to watch the FIFA WC championship and we’re not able to. We requested assistance, tech came and tried to fix it for about 20 minutes, but in the end it did not work. This was a terrible experience. In addition to this, there is not parking included and the AC is located on the opposite side of bedrooms making it hard to cool off the bedrooms. The beds move as heavy traffic comes through making it hard to get a good nights rest in addition to the noise from traffic.

The property has a great location in CDMX. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable.

We didn’t realize it was going to be on such a busy street and the traffic was super loud. Hard to sleep actually. The beds were also really hard. The breakfast wasn’t anything so we had to grab it elsewhere. I personally wouldn’t advertise breakfast.
