Comfortable stay if you're working remotely and need a nice place to focus!

The room and especially rooftop working space is really incredible! A perfect place to remotely work from that isn't too far from all the magic of condesa and roma. Internet speed is really good and staff is kind and welcoming.

The fact that the property is one of the busiest mega highways isn't very pleasant and as soon as you open your bedroom balcony, you hear the constant noise and terrible fumes. Luckily you're not far from the peace and quiet and greenery of condesa. Also the breakfast could have some better options.

Overall we were very pleasantly surprised by your hotel and with the excellent staff. Thanks to all.

the breakfast was always welcome, especially the coffee. Nice to have it on the upstairs patio. Our suite was clean and comfortable and quiet. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. All of them, especially young Oscar Solis who could not have been more helpful. Also Claudia. They were both just great and very patient with my attempts with Spanish and also in obtaining an Uber.

My only beef really was the location. I didn't realize how noisy MC could be what with the constant traffic. However there isn't much you can do about that. Once inside the hotel it was like an oasis of peace. My wife and I are not as young as we once were, and so MC being a walking city especially in the area in which the hotel is, did make it a little difficult in setting off for the day, (because of the need to walk). The metro and bus station were quite close however.

Wonderful, well located, great value small hotel. A jewel!

V65 is a discreet jewel. Two friends and I shared one of its two bedroom apartments. As soon as we stepped into the attractive lobby we felt at home. Oscar and Claudia’s welcome couldn’t have been more gracious. Our delight with the place expanded 10 fold on entering the apartment - it’s decor so fresh and modern, well equipped and sparkling clean. One of my friends is an interior designer and she was blown away. As happy as we were with the apartment, the rooftop terrace with it’s spectacular view became our go-to-chill-out place. Perfect! V65 provided one of life’s rare “reality exceeding expectations” moments.

The noisy neighbours. Ask for an apartment on floors 3 or 4.

Very pleasant stay in MEX apartment

Clean and spacious rooms - very comfortable (more apartment than hotel as service limited) Friendly hotel staff A nice complimentary coffee and pastry for breakfast Location on outskirts of condensa - short Uber ride into most areas one would wish (but also partially bad - see bad section)

Hotel situated on a very busy street / highway and not in centre of Condensa (takes 10-15m walk to be in charming area). Rooms can hear the street quite a bit despite the glazing and terrace very loud so not really a useful perk. Overall the noise did not prevent us from sleeping and considering all the positives of the hotel we still consider it good value for money and would recommend as an economical base to explore Mexico City

Super helpful and friendly people. The location is so handy. The rooftop terrace is a great way to wake up (coffee and pastries and fruit and juice were always waiting for me up there from 8am). Am so glad this was my first stop.

So clean, modernly decorated and the mattress was so comfortable. Also enough sleeping space for five of us. Futon was new and firm.

Amazing

Super convenient, safe, comfortable, and private. The staff were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to answer questions and even helped us book tickets and make a few phone calls in Spanish. The room has everything you need and would expect, including coffee and tea and a modern TV with Apps (Netflix, etc.).

Overall we had a great stay, the hotel is in a great condition, very new and comfortable.

The rooms were new and spacious. The kitchen had enough supplies to cook simple meals. The bedroom was quite despite facing a large street. The terrace had beautiful a view and was well arranged so that multiple groups can chill on it.

The neighbors played loud and terrible music for about 3-4 hours during the afternoon on both days that we were there (and did so regularly according to the staff). This by itself is not the hotels fault, but the wall separating the inside of the hotel from the neighbors was not solid but separate bars. And even though the windows are very good, the loud street is somewhat bothersome on the terrace. Other than that there where only two small things. 1. When we checked in, we where early and then where told we could pay for early check in, but when we said we had to leave an would be back later, the room suddenly was ready free of charge one hour later. 2. The door was guarded 24/7 by the same man who slept on the couch. We had to wake him twice because we left early and he always had to open the doof, which is a bit of an uncomfortable situation to be in and makes you think twice if you really want to go outside just to get a quick soda.

- Nice rooms - Nice roof top

-Breakfast could be improved - No hair dryer in the bathroom -Coordination between staff could also be improved (night guard checked us in, but didn’t want to see any IDs or credit card). The next morning the owner approached me in a relatively rude way and requested me to show my ID and credit card before I was able to say „good morning“.

The stay here was so so. The tour guide did not complain about the location.

Your survey here asked about the breakfast. Here is my answer. We were not told about the breakfast for the first 2 days. Someone mentioned there was coffee on the roof, and that is how we learned about it. They did have good quality pastries and juice besides coffee. We had a very expensive breakfast somewhere else - which was not necessary. The bathroom was very nice. The kitchen was satisfactory.

I did not like that we were not told about the breakfast when we arrived, but it could be that the staff doesn't speak enough English. On the first morning, we skipped it, and went to lunch at the Anthropology Museum. On the second morning, our tour guide took us to the Gran Hotel, and this was way too expensive for what we ate, and I was not happy. The big thing I did not like was the listing said you have television. But, there was no way to watch the Super Bowl. Our young tour guide came in and found the channel, but the reception was not good, and we were annoyed! I went downstairs and I was yelling at the security guard (and I don't understand why that person was there all the time) that the TV was not working. TV no trabajando! He did not speak English, he put me on the phone with some man who tried to explain something to me that I didn't understand. When I complained the next morning, the woman at the reception desk, with limited English, told me the TV only has Netflix and You Tube. This is not acceptable. You cannot list television; you must clarify that there is a television, but it does not have channels. Other than that the place was good.

Pleasant

Clean, modern rooms. Location is within walking distance to many places of interest. The rooftop terrace is very nice.

While you can walk in 15 minutes to many places, there's not much immediately close - such as a bar or cafe. Also the checkin/checkout process was confusing and overly complicated. It would have been nice to have received enough coffee to match our stay.
