The Space:
Two floors, four bedrooms and two outdoor spaces at the top of a doorman building, made for families and friend groups of up to 8.

• Private rooftop terrace with table and city views

Main level
The open living room has floor-to-ceiling windows, Mexican textiles and the piano. The kitchen and the long wood dining table sit right behind it, and the balcony opens off the living room.
Bedroom 1: king bed with its own ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: king bed with its own ensuite bathroom.
Upper level (spiral staircase)
Bedroom 3: king bed, the main upstairs room, with the door to the rooftop terrace.
Bedroom 4: queen bed.
The rooftop is reached through Bedroom 3, so we suggest giving that room to whoever will enjoy the terrace most.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share the full bathroom on the upper level.
Arrival
Every bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer and fresh towels, and we leave a welcome treat of Mexican candies, water and beer. Guests say the place is spacious, spotless and "exactly as described".
Guest Access:
The whole two-level penthouse is yours, including the rooftop terrace and the balcony. A 24-hour doorman lets you into the building, then the apartment door has a smart lock for self check-in. The elevator stops at the main level; the upper bedrooms are up a spiral staircase, and the rooftop terrace is reached through the upstairs king bedroom. The building garage fits 1 car with low clearance.
The Neighborhood:
You are 4 min on foot from Metro Sevilla and 5 min from the Cibeles Fountain, on the leafy west edge of Roma Norte between Reforma and Condesa. Guests call the area calm and walkable, with a grocery store three blocks away and a juice stand around the corner. Our favorite walks: Reforma (9 min) and the Angel of Independence (14 min), Parque Espana (11 min), the cafes on Avenida Alvaro Obregon (16 min) and Parque Mexico (17 min). Chapultepec Castle and the Anthropology Museum are about 30 min on foot. Roma's busiest bar blocks are a 15 to 18 min walk away.
Getting Around:
You do not need a car. Metro Sevilla (Line 1) is a 4 min walk, Metro Chapultepec 11 min and Metro Insurgentes 13 min. Reforma is 9 min on foot and Chapultepec Park about 30. If you drive, the building garage fits 1 car with low clearance (no large SUVs or vans). The airport is about 7 miles away by car.
Other Things to Note:
• The elevator reaches the main level only; the upper level and rooftop are up a spiral staircase, so it does not suit guests who cannot use stairs.
• The rooftop terrace is reached only through the upstairs king bedroom (Bedroom 3).
• Garage parking fits 1 car with low clearance; large SUVs and vans do not fit.
• We are on the west edge of Roma Norte: the busiest restaurant blocks are a 15 to 18 min walk.
• Security cameras in the building lobby and outside the apartment door; none inside the apartment.
• Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM.
• No parties or events, no smoking indoors (the terraces are fine).
