Black Cave Skyline Luxury 1BR UG Parking

Location is the biggest plus. Excellent views. The property has a lot of quality going for it. Kitchen area is really nice. Living space is nice. Bathroom has everything needed. Bedroom is small. Comfortable bed.

A few changes need to change before it can be considered “luxury”. The paintwork on the property needs to be better. It hasn’t been completed to a high quality. Lots of areas missed on walls and ceilings. The kitchen needs a toaster. The white bedding needs to be ironed (it doesn’t look great when badly creased) Also, the owner’s communication needs improving. Had an issue with the temperature controller in the apartment which was locked. When we asked how to unlock it, response was “if you turn dial and goes red, that’s hot. If you turn dial and goes blue, that’s cold” Obviously!!
